One of our most loved mammals, the hedgehog, has sadly suffered a huge decline across town and countryside. Urban gardens can be hugely valuable to them and it’s not too late to help them. The first step is to ensure they can enter your garden (and all your neighbours’) through a 15cm gap. You can then install an attractive hedgehog home and hopefully entice them into your garden.
